Neck and shoulder workshop for experienced LMT's and new grads. Start the day with an anatomy and movement review with focus on the muscles that affect the neck and shoulders. We will then review assessment of the neck and shoulders. Demonstration and practice of techniques to relieve neck and shoulder tension and improve mobility. Get ready to give and receive lots of neck and shoulder work!
